<br />DAS:sh 6/12/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 1 6 1986 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 023 5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR <br />AND TREE PROGRAM 1985-86; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for sidewalk repair and tree program in order to <br /> <br />maintain public sidewalks in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />sidewalk repair and tree program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />for Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program, fiscal Year 1985-86 in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, California", including all plans and <br /> <br />drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
