<br />SWC:sh 6/12/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0234 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 1 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR FINAL DESIGN RELATING TO REPAIR OF <br />VARIOUS DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND CHANNEL STORM DAMAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires final design <br /> <br />relating to repair of various drainage structures and channel <br /> <br />storm damage (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, has represented <br /> <br />to this Council that it is qualified to perform such services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, relating to such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, entitled "Agreement - Final <br /> <br />Design for Repair of Drainage Structures and Channel Storm <br /> <br />Damage" (form dated 6/12/86), a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10 23 ~ <br />
