Provide short-term emergency housing for 250 released inmates and their families when welfare <br /> assistance is not available. <br /> <br />3. Provide supportive counseling, networking support and direct referral to assist 485 Redwood City <br /> residents permanently resolve their emergency. <br /> <br /> <br />
