EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> YOUNG LATINO LEADERS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002 / 2003 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />Provide ongoing services to our students members, residents, and <br />collaborating agencies and organizations. <br />Develop a "core" group of 75 students participating in the Young <br />Latino Leaders program. <br />Provide monthly leadership classes at Fair Oaks Community <br />Center. <br />Provide monthly field trips with approximately 20 students per <br />trip. <br />Provide an average of two community service project opportunities <br />a month. <br />Maintain an average participation of 30 to 40 students per <br />community service project. <br /> <br /> <br />
