Our proposal is based on our review of information you provided. <br /> <br />We propose to provide the following scope of services: <br /> <br />SURVEY SERVICES <br /> <br />. Weare prepared to survey a total of 100 manholes as detailed in your RFQ dated Novem er 21, <br />2006. We will utilize GPS technology for horizontal locations and provide results ba ed on <br />NAD83 datum. City of Redwood City vertical datum will be utilized for the vertical comp nent. <br /> <br />Our survey crews will create a sketch detailing each manhole and pipe configurations. T e pipe <br />details will include diameters, depths and invert elevations of pipes entering and exitin each <br />manhole, with notations of which pipes have flow and in what direction. North arrow, street <br />locations and datum/benchmark information will also be provided on the sketch. <br /> <br />Final delivered product shall be an AutoCAD drawing of all sewer manholes with in ividual <br />8.5"x11" field sketches of each manhole. Manhole sketches shall show rim elevation, pip depth, <br />pipe diameter, and direction of flow where evident. Drawing shall be provided in AutoCA ,hard <br />copy available upon request. <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />. The scope of work included in this proposal is limited to the specific scope outlined abo e only. <br />Any exclusions listed are for clarity only and do not represent a complete list of exclusion to the <br />scope. Any additional scope proposed or done other than those listed in this proposal hall be <br />done as an additional service. <br /> <br />Our services will be provided for the sum of $27,920 (Twenty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred wenty <br />Dollars ). <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br />SANDIS .
