In-house large format monochrome reproduction at $0.65 per square foot. <br /> 13. Color document reproduction at $1.50 per sheet for 8.5"x 11" and $3.00 per sheet for I 1' x 17". <br /> <br />V. Termination of Agreement: <br /> A. Refer to Base Contract. <br /> <br />VI. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): <br /> <br /> A. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides that alterations to a facility must be made in such a <br /> manner that, to the maximum extent feasible, the altered portions of the facility are readily accessible to <br /> and by individuals with disabilities. The Client acknowledges that the requirements of the ADA will be <br /> subject to various and possibly contradictory interpretations. The Architect, therefore, will use its best <br /> professional efforts to interpret applicable ADA requirements and other federal, state and local laws, <br /> roles, codes, ordinances and regulations as they apply to the ADA portions of the Project. The Architect, <br /> however, cannot and does not warranty or guarantee that the Project will comply with all interpretations <br /> of the ADA requirements and~or the requirements of other federal, state and local laws, roles, codes, <br /> ordinances and regulations as they apply to the ADA portions of this project. <br /> <br />VII. Remodeling/Rehabilitation: <br /> <br /> A. The Client understands and acknowledges that in the remodeling or rehabilitation of existing structures, <br /> certain design and technical decisions are made on assumptions based upon readily available documents <br /> and visual observation of existing conditions. Unless specifically directed in writing by the Client, the <br /> Architect shall not perform or have performed any destructive testing or open any concealed portions of <br /> the building in order to ascertain its actual condition. <br /> <br />VIII. Information Provided by Client: <br /> A. The Architect shall indicate to the Client the information needed for rendering of services hereunder. The <br /> Client shall provide to the Architect such information as is available to the Client and the Client's <br /> consultants and contractors, and the Architect shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and <br /> completeness thereof. The Client recognizes that it is impossible for the Architect to assure the accuracy, <br /> completeness and sufficiency of such information, either because it is impossible to verify, or because of <br /> errors or omissions which may have occurred in assembling the information the Client is providing. <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />
