ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT [ANDERSON BRULE ARCHITECTS] .. L.AI This Amendment No.2 is entered into and effective as of the ~day of y~~~, 2003, amending the Agreement dated October 18, 2002 (the "Agreement"), by aflcl between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Anderson Brule ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS WHEREAS, on September 23, 2002 the City Council approved and authorized execution of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, Paragraph 3 of the Agreement-Additional Services allows additional services not otherwise included within the scope of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, on November 4, 2002, the City Council approved and authorized the adoption of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement which amended paragraph 6 of the Agreement-Performance Standards; and WHEREAS, the City would now like Consultant to provide 3-D mass modeling views for the proposed City Branch Library in Redwood Shores (the "proposed Library"). NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Consultant will provide 3-D mass modeling and views for the Proposed Library as described in Consultant's proposal dated January 9, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2. For the Services described in Exhibit A, Consultant will be paid a not-to- exceed amount of seven thousand seven hundred sixty-five dollars ($7,765). 3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 4.
