<br />SWC:sh 4/28/86 <br /> <br />QRIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10208 <br /> <br />MAY 1 9 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (STORM <br />WATER STORAGE) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; AND ACCEPTING <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF STORM WATER <br />STORAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division of the Streets and Highways Code of the State <br /> <br />of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10194, adopted April 28, 1986, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service <br /> <br />easement for Storm Water Storage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public <br /> <br />service easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that if <br /> <br />the fee owner of the real property over which the easement <br /> <br />exists, grants to the City an identical easement for the same <br /> <br />purpose, reserving unto itself the right to place certain <br /> <br />structures in the easement area, the hereinafter described public <br /> <br />service easement will be no longer necessary for present or <br /> <br />prospective public purposes. <br /> <br />2. This Council further finds that the said fee owner has <br /> <br />presented to this Council a grant of easement to the City of <br /> <br />10208 <br />
