Owner is the owner of certain real property <br />("Owner's Property"), which is more particularly described on <br />Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br /> <br />B. Owner wishes to grant to City an Easement for storm <br />water storage purposes over that 18-foot wide strip of land <br />within Owner's Property which is more particularly described on <br />Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference (the "Easement Area"). <br /> <br />C. City requires this Easement to be granted to City. <br /> <br />GRANT <br /> <br />1. Grant of Easement. For good and valuable <br />consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby <br />acknowledged, Owner hereby grants to City a perpetual Easement as <br />hereinafter described. <br /> <br />2. Character of Easement. The Easement granted herein <br />is a non-exclusive easement in gross. <br /> <br />3. Purpose of the Easement.
