<br />DAS:sh 4/24/86 <br /> <br />OR1"!!'! ^L <br />J "\ a b ~ d" <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 19 6 <br /> <br />APR 2 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />CREEKSIDE MANOR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE PUBLIC <br />SERVICE EASEMENTS AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including the public service <br /> <br />easements and emergency access easements contained therein) of <br /> <br />Creekside Manor subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared <br /> <br />by Carroll/Resources, Engineering and Management for Woodside <br /> <br />Nurseries Company, a corporation owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br />subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Creekside <br />Manor Subdivision" wherein the owner or subdivider, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to <br />the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />securi ty in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance of said owner or <br />subdivider of all work and construction of all improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement, within the time <br />therein specified, the amount of said security to be Three <br /> <br />10196 <br />
