<br />SWC:sh 4/23/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 19 4 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE PUBLIC SERVICE <br />EASEMENT (STORM WATER STORAGE) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART <br />3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL <br />PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED <br />VACATION; AND ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH <br />PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a storm water service easement in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, heretofore dedicated to the City for storm water <br /> <br />storage, will be no longer needed, at such time as the fee owner <br /> <br />of the real property over which the easement exists, grants to <br /> <br />the City an identical easement for the same purpose, reserving <br /> <br />unto itself the right to place certain structures in the easement <br /> <br />area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said public service easement pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br />Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br /> <br />a public service easement for storm water storage, as such <br /> <br />easement is hereinafter described, and elects to proceed with <br /> <br />such vacation pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 <br /> <br />(commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />2. The public service easement to be vacated was <br />established by and designated on that certain map entitled <br /> <br />"Shores Center Unit No.1" as recorded in Book 106 of Maps, <br /> <br />10194 <br />
