Section 3. The Sixth Amendment to Development Agreement, which amends <br /> the Amended Developmenl Agreement, a copy of which is en file in the office of <br /> Oily Clerk, and incorporaled herein by reference as though fully set forth herein, is <br /> hereby approved, and lhe Oi~y Manager is hereby authorized to execule the <br /> Amendment for and on behalf of the Oily of Redweod Oily, and the Mayor ef lhe Oily of <br /> Redwood Oily, acting as President of the Redwood Oily General Improvement Distdct <br /> No. 1-84, is authorized lo execute lhe Amendmenl on behalf ef the Redwood Oily <br /> General Improvement District No. 1-84. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Except as otherwise provided in the Sixth Amendment to the <br /> Development Agreement, the Amended Development Agreement shall remain <br /> unchanged and in full force and effect.. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
