3. The Introductory Paragraph of the ,Agreement is amended in it's entirety to <br /> read a follows: <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 7th day of February <br /> 1992, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called ("City"), and <br /> ALISON CARTWRIGHT and JAY SABER, hereinafter called ("Owner"). <br /> <br /> 4. That Owner's name and address provided in Paragraph 13 of the <br /> Agreement is amended in its entirety as follows: <br /> <br /> Alison Cartwright <br /> Jay Saber <br /> 423 Beach Street <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br /> 5. That Exhibit "C" to the Agreement is replaced in it's entirety with <br /> Attachment No. 1 to this Amendment. <br /> <br /> 6. That Exhibit "D" to the Agreement is supplemented with Attachment No. 2 <br /> to this Amendment. <br /> <br /> 7. That Owner will obtain any required building permits for all improvements <br /> contemplated by this Amendment. <br /> <br /> 8. That all other provisions of the Agreement, as amended, will remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> <br /> 9.
