REPORT <br /> To the Honorable Mayor and City Counci <br /> From the City Manager <br /> <br />October 28, 2002 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Amendment to FY 02-03 HSFA Program Agreement for Youth and Family Assistance <br />(YFA) - Your House South <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Amend FY 02-03 HSFA Program Agreement for Youth and Family Assistance (YFA) - <br />Your House South <br /> <br />Background <br />On August 5, Council approved HSFA recommendations for FY 02-03 as a part of the <br />entire general fund budget for FY 02-03. On September 23rd, Council authorized the City <br />Manager to execute the funding agreements for all 23 recommended programs including <br />YFA's Your House South Program in the amount of $15,000. <br /> <br />As a part of the staff report for the September 23rd meeting, the Council was provided with <br />copies of each proposed Exhibit A - describing the agreed upon contract objectives for <br />each individual funding agreement, in the case of YFA-Your House South, the staff <br />inadvertently provided the wrong Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The requested amendment is to void the previous Exhibit A and replace it with the new <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />Alternative <br />Council could choose not to approve the amendment and leave the incorrect Exhibit A as a <br />part of the YFA-Your House South Funding Agreement FY 02-03. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />No fiscal impact in amending the agreement.
