Accordi'-nlng'ly, w~-h;v'~'e revised job specifications (attached Exhibit A) for Management Analyst 1/11 which, <br />based on experience, will better meet the current and future needs of the City. Salaries are shown below. <br />Salary ranges reflect a 10% differential between the flexibly staffed Management Analyst I and the <br />Management Analyst II. The Redwood City Management Employees' Association (RCMEA) has been <br />advised and is in agreement regarding the proposed classifications. <br /> <br /> Fiscal Impact <br />The salary range for the existing Management Analyst position is equivalent to the salary range for <br />Management Analyst II; and the Management Analyst I is 10% less than the current salary range for <br />Management Analyst.
