Claimant allegesthatthe City's <br /> road maintenance department, while street-stripping on <br /> Whipple Avenue, left a bucket of paint that the claimant <br /> hit while driving his vehicle causing the paint to splatter <br /> onto the driver's side. <br /> <br />2054 Naomi Sims Reynoso Requests reimbursement of a Roto-Rooter bill as a result <br /> of a sewer backup. <br /> <br />2055 Farhang Bijan Raissi Alleging damages to his car which occurred when it was <br /> hit by a branch from an alleged City tree. <br /> <br /> Edwa~P.
