<br />SWC:sh 4/17/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 1 8 6 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 1 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING NON ACCESS RESTRICTION OVER A <br />PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (ISLAND DRIVE) IN THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION <br />9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10171, adopted March 24, 1986, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described non access <br /> <br />restriction over a portion of a public street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described non <br /> <br />access restriction has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described non access restriction is no longer needed <br /> <br />to restrict access across such street, and hereby orders said <br /> <br />restriction vacated. <br /> <br />2. The non access restriction over a portion of Island <br /> <br />Drive hereby vacated was established by and designated on that <br /> <br />certain map entitled "Shorebird Subdivision No.1" as recorded in <br /> <br />Volume 100 of Maps, Pages 33-36, Records of San Mateo County, <br /> <br />California, and is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />That parcel designated as l' Non Access Strip, at the <br />west end of Island Drive, as shown on that certain map <br /> <br />10186 <br />
