<br />DAS:sh 4/10/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10185 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 1 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOSEVELT AVENUE PHASE 1 - SURFACE <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for Roosevelt Avenue Phase <br /> <br />1 - Surface Improvements in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Roosevelt Avenue Reconstruction Project <br /> <br />Phase 1 - Surface Improvements City of Redwood City, California", <br /> <br />including all plans and drawings referenced therein, prepared for <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
