DAS:sh 4/10/86 Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($826,650.00); and shall also furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security to be Eight Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($826,650.00). Said owners or subdividers shall have their engineer prepare complete " as built" plans prior to the release of the "faithful performance" and "labor and material" bonds. (c) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall pay all charges for engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, etc., within ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. (d) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall for one (1) year guarantee the workmanship and materials of all work and construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement; and furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all maintenance work, the amount of said security to be Eighty Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-five and No/100 Dollars ($82, 665.00), said security to be effective for a period of one (1) year after acceptance of the improvements by the City Council. (e) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall deposit Thirty Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-three and No/100 Dollars ($37,193.00) for plan check and inspection fees. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services, shall be returned by the owners or subdividers. The owners or subdividers understand and agree that the amount of deposit is an estimate and agree to pay any additional amount for plan check and inspection services provided by the City. (f) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the said agreement. and 2
