<br />DAS:sh 4/10/86 <br /> <br />Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 <br />Dollars ($826,650.00); and shall also furnish to the City <br />and file with the City Clerk, a good and sufficient security <br />in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor <br />and materials incurred in the construction of any and all <br />said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein <br />agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the <br />amount of said security to be Eight Hundred Twenty-six <br />Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($826,650.00). <br />Said owners or subdividers shall have their engineer prepare <br />complete " as built" plans prior to the release of the <br />"faithful performance" and "labor and material" bonds. <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall pay all charges for engineering, <br />inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, <br />etc., within ten (10) days after billing by the City <br />Collector. <br /> <br />(d) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall for one (1) <br />year guarantee the workmanship and materials of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement; and furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful <br />performance by said owners or subdividers of all maintenance <br />work, the amount of said security to be Eighty Two Thousand <br />Six Hundred Sixty-five and No/100 Dollars ($82, 665.00), <br />said security to be effective for a period of one (1) year <br />after acceptance of the improvements by the City Council. <br /> <br />(e) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall deposit <br />Thirty Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-three and No/100 <br />Dollars ($37,193.00) for plan check and inspection fees. <br />Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of <br />its services, shall be returned by the owners or <br />subdividers. The owners or subdividers understand and agree <br />that the amount of deposit is an estimate and agree to pay <br />any additional amount for plan check and inspection services <br />provided by the City. <br /> <br />(f) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to <br />the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates or <br />policies of public liability and property damage insurance <br />as required by the said agreement. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2 <br />
