<br />DAS:sh 4/11/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 18 0 <br /> <br />OHlGINAL <br />APR 1 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF GENERAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 8, 1986 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10158, duly passed and adopted on March 10, 1986, <br /> <br />designated the precincts and polling places and appointed the <br /> <br />members of the precinct boards for the general election to be <br /> <br />held in said City of Redwood City on April 8, 1986, as required <br /> <br />by law, for the objects and purposes of: <br /> <br />(1) electing the following municipal officers of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City: <br /> <br />three (3) Council members for the full term of four (4) <br /> <br />years each; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said general municipal election was held on <br /> <br />Tuesday, April 8, 1986, in accordance with law, and the votes <br /> <br />thereat received and canvassed, <br /> <br />and the returns thereof <br /> <br />ascertained, determined and declared in all respects as required <br /> <br />by law; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOt'JS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City be, and <br /> <br />is hereby, instructed to enter this resolution on the minutes of <br /> <br />this Council as a statement of the result of said election. <br /> <br />10180. <br />
