<br />DES:djc 3/20/86 <br /> <br />ORfGINf\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10170 <br /> <br />MAR 2 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8836, adopted April 27, <br /> <br />1981 by this Council an agreement was entered into dated April <br /> <br />30, 1981 by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and David E. Schricker, <br /> <br />City's City Attorney for the furnishing of legal services for a <br /> <br />term of five years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement desire to enter into <br /> <br />a new agreement providing for the continuation of said legal <br /> <br />services in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Legal <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 3/20/86) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />David E. Schricker, City Attorney, for the furnishing of legal <br /> <br />services to the City commencing upon July 1, 1986, and subject to <br /> <br />the terms and conditions therein stated, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10170 <br />
