<br />~T.vC:sh 3/20/86 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The buildings at 2313 Middlefield Road are determined to <br />be a public nuisance because such buildings endanger the life, <br />health, property and safety of any occupant of such buildings and <br />affect the health and safety of the neighborhood and persons in <br />the surrounding vicinity of such structures. <br />2. The specific findings supporting the determination that <br />such buildings constitute a public nuisance are shown in the <br />Building Department report, labeled "Exhibit B", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />3. The owner of the buildings at 2313 Middlefield Road is <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br />constructing or repairing such buildings or (b) razing or <br />removing such buildings. <br />4. The owner of such buildings is hereby notified that <br />unless the owner abates such nuisance within such thirty (30) day <br />period the buildings will be razed or removed by the City and all <br />expenses thereof shall be made a lien on the property at 2313 <br />Middlefield Road (APN 053-365-130) in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 9.8 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
