The specific findings supporting the determination that <br />such building constitutes a public nuisance are shown in the <br />Building Department Report, labeled "Exhibit B", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />3. The owners of the building at 804 Walnut Street - 805 <br />Main Street are hereby directed to abate such public nuisance <br />within thirty (30) days from the date of this hearing by either <br />(a) properly constructing or repairing such building or (b) <br />razing or removing such building. <br />4.
