That certain document entitled "("Employer") - Deferred <br /> <br />Compensation Plan", <br /> <br />a copy of which plan is attached hereto as <br /> <br /> <br />hereby approved and said plan is hereby <br /> <br />deferred compensation plan of the City of <br /> <br />"Appendix A", 1S <br />established as a <br />Redwood City. <br />2. This Council hereby appoints the ICMA Retirement Trust <br />the administrator for the above established deferred <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />compensation plan. <br /> <br />3. That certain document entitled "Declaration of Trust of <br /> <br /> <br />ICMA Retirement Trust", a copy of which declaration is attached <br /> <br /> <br />hereto as "Appendix B", is hereby adopted, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to execute said declaration for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />4. That certain agreement entitled "Trust Agreement with <br /> <br /> <br />the ICMA Retirement Corporation", a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br /> <br />attached hereto as "Appendix C", is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The Director of Finance is hereby designated the <br /> <br /> <br />coordinator for the deferred compensation plan program herein <br /> <br /> <br />adopted, and shall receive necessary reports, notices and other <br /> <br />required documents from the plan administrator, and shall cast, <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City, any required votes <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to the program established hereunder. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
