<br />DAS:sh 2/19/86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />TRANSMISSION LINE RELOCATION SERVICES <br /> <br />10152 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br />MAR 3 1986 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />EXECUTION OF <br />CITY AND THE <br />FOR OVERHEAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />acquired <br /> <br />Boulevard, pursuant to Resolution No. 9888, adopted June 3, 1985, <br /> <br />real property necessary for the reconstruction of Seaport <br /> <br />and executed an Agreement to reconstruct Seaport Boulevard, <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 9843, adopted April 8, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to relocate the Bair Tap No.9, <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard 115 KV Overhead Transmission Line ("Line"), <br /> <br />the reconstruction of Seaport Boulevard can be completed; and <br /> <br />sited on the abovementioned City-acquired real property so that <br /> <br />owned by Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E") and currently <br /> <br />is to transfer the Line onto relocated overhead transmission <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the most cost-effective method to relocate the Line <br /> <br />facilities; and <br /> <br />uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the services <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PG&E has represented to the City that they are <br /> <br />necessary to relocate the Line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PG&E offers to perform all Line relocation services <br /> <br />for City for the sum of Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-nine <br /> <br />and 00/100 Dollars ($8,699.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a review of available funding and expenditures for <br /> <br />the Seaport Boulevard reconstruction indicates that no additional <br /> <br />funding is necessary to meet the additional costs of Line <br /> <br />relocation; <br /> <br />10152 <br />
