Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />Re: Kaiser Redwood City Medical Center <br /> Water Consumption <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ingram: <br /> <br />Enclosed is the Demand Water Consumption for the proposed Kaiser Redwood City project for WSA Report. <br />This included requirements for Fire Protection and an estimated water requirements for Lawn and <br />Landscaping of approximately 5% of all water use. <br /> <br />Our consultants estimated consumption of 300 gals/day per bed is sufficient to supply water for hospital and <br />0.10 gal/day/sf for Medical office building. An addition of approximately 5 % is added for the central utility plant <br />(CUP) and miscellaneous for total of 5,000 GPD. <br /> <br />Please let us know as soon as possible if this submittal does not complete the request for information.
