Sec. 9.44 SECTION 904.1.2 OF THE BUILDING CODE AMENDED: Section <br />904.1.2 of the Building Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 904.1.2 Standards. Fire extinguishing systems shall comply with the <br />latest standards of the National Fire Protection Association, as approved by the <br />Building Official. <br />Sec. 9.45 SECTION 1503 OF THE BUILDING CODE AMENDED: Section <br />1503 of the Building Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1503. Roof-Covering Requirements. All materials applied as roof- <br />covering shall have a fire retarding rating of Class A or B, treated in accordance <br />with U.B.C. Standard 15-2. The roof-covering on any structure regulated by the <br />Building Code shall be as specified in Table No. 15-A and as classified in Section <br />1504 of the Building Code.
