The entire Business <br /> Improvement District (BID) is proposed to be rezoned to a District <br /> that will requ re retail u~e~ on the ground floor. Office uses can <br /> be permitted with a Use Permit. Issues that were raised at the <br /> meetings were addressed by amending certain portions of the proposed <br /> Ordinance.
