I TO AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> REIMBURSEMENT OF OFF-SITE INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO THE FRANKLIN STREET <br /> PROJECT BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY AND IRVINE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain Amendment entitled "Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for the <br /> Reimbursement of Off-site Infrastructure Improvements (Irvine Apartment <br /> Communities Franklin Street Project)," by and between the Redwood City <br /> Redevelopment Agency and Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware <br /> limited partnership, for reimbursement of costs of construction and installation of <br /> certain off-site infrastructure improvements relating to the Franklin Street Project, <br /> a copy of which Amendment is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Amendment for and <br /> on behalf of the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br /> 2.
