Although.~ ~-~in $~e: :~.pa~,,~an~s is not required to conslxuct <br />par~ of thc project's conditions of approval, IAC has agreed ~o perform the work as a <br />convenience to the City, subject to receiving reimbursement for the cos~ of such improvements. <br />A~tached is thc budget for thc proposed work, totaling $75,038. Th.is budget was derived from <br />thc plans rcc¢ived from City staffand prepared by BKF. <br /> Based on discussions, provided below is a process by which these improvements will be <br /> compl~ed: <br /> <br /> 1. City/Redevelopment Agency approves re~xnbursemcnt agreement. Per our discussion, <br /> ~s would be done at the November 4~ meeting. <br /> <br /> 2. lAC initiates construction on Novembe~ 5~, closing Lat~-op Street at i~s intersection with <br /> Maple Sneer. <br /> <br /> 3. City authorizes opening of Maple and Franklin $~'ects, allowing access ~o Franklin S~ee~ <br /> Apa~m~ent parking gzxages, businesses on Maple, and downtown traffic. <br /> 4. IAC completes Lathrop improvements ~nd x~opens Lathrop in approximately 4$~days. <br /> $.
