For the past 20 years, I <br />have worked as a Real Estate Developer and Builder, designing and developing hundreds <br />of Acres in the Northern Virginia area just outside Washington DC. Additionally, I <br />manage Towne Ford and Isuzu of Redwood City on an ongoing basis, which is within the <br />Phase 1 and Phase 2 areas. This combined experience gives me insights that few other <br />developers would have. <br /> <br />In conjunction with Fairfax County, VA, the Park Authority and local citizens groups, I <br />was able to design a 20 Acre site for public park use.
