2.0 Motorola has the following responsibilities: <br /> 2.1 All services described in the ESS Statement of Work will be provided <br /> in accordance with the terms of the Communications System <br /> Agreement and will cover only the Equipment and related Software. <br /> 2.2 Prepare a Customer Support Plan in conjunction with the Customer. <br /> The preferred time to prepare the Customer Support Plan is before <br /> System Acceptance. <br />3.0 Customer has the following responsibilities: <br /> 3.1 Prepare a Customer Support Plan in conjunction with Motorola. The <br /> preferred time to prepare the Customer Support Plan is before System <br /> Acceptance. The Customer must provide all information necessary to <br /> complete the Customer Support Plan. <br /> 3.2 Cooperate with Motorola and perform all acts that are reasonable or <br /> necessary to enable Motorola to provide the ESS services to Customer. <br /> <br /> <br />
