Infrastructure Software Installation <br /> <br /> 1.0 Description Of Service <br /> Infrastructure Sot~are Installation provides the technical resources to Install and <br /> activate one (1) Enhancement Release per year. <br /> <br /> 2.0 Motorola has the following responsibilities: <br /> 2.1 Install Enhancement Releases that have been provided pursuant to a <br /> Motorola Software Subscription Agreement. <br /> 2.2 Install additional hardware as required by the Enhancement Release. <br /> 3.0 Customer has the following responsibilities: <br /> 3.1 Purchase additional System equipment needed to implement an <br /> Enhancement Release <br /> 3.2 Inform System users of upgrade plans and scheduled System <br /> downtime. <br /> 3.4 Cooperate with Motorola and perform all acts that are reasonable or <br /> necessary to enable Motorola to provide the Infrastructure Soft:ware <br /> Installation sec, rices to Customer. <br /> <br /> 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
