The discount available to Customer for data system <br /> Optional Features will be 15% off the current Motorola list price. Once an <br /> Optional Feature is provided to Customer, Customer will be entitled under this <br /> Agreement to all Enhancement Releases for that Optional Feature. <br />D. Special Product Features previously developed by Motorola unique to <br /> Customer's system may require additional engineering effort to be <br /> incorporated into a Enhancement Release or Core Release so that the Special <br /> Product Feature will not be overwritten upon its installation. Upon request, <br /> Motorola will determine whether a Special Product Feature can be <br /> incorporated into an Enhancement Release or Core Release and whether <br /> additional engineering effort is required. Customer will be responsible for all <br /> charges associated with any additional engineering required for each <br /> Enhancement Release or Core Release that it chooses to install. Such <br /> equipment and engineering are not included as part of the Software <br /> Subscription Program and may be provided pursuant to a separate agreement. <br />E. Because Enhancement Releases may include minor performance <br /> enhancements, Customer is encouraged to periodically upgrade the Motorola <br /> Software operating on its System with the most current Enhancement Release <br /> (e.g. SmartZone 3.0.1 to SmartZone 3.0.2).
