Section 10 General <br /> <br /> A. NOTICES: All notices, consents, and waivers pcmdtted or required under this <br /> Agreement will be deemed ~iven upon receipt and must be delivered in writing <br /> to the below addresses. FORCE MAJEURE: Motorola will not be liable to Customer for any failure to <br /> perform services due to events beyond Motorola's reasonable control including <br /> labor disruptions. <br /> C. ACTIONS: Customer must bring any action under this Agreement within four <br /> years after the cause of action arises. <br /> D. WAiVERS: No waiver of a right or remedy of either party will constitute a <br /> waiver of another fight or remedy of that party. <br /> E. ASSIGNMENTS: Customer may not assign any of its rights under this <br /> Agreement without Motorola's prior consent. <br /> F. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT: This Agreement, along with <br /> its Attachment A, contains the parties' entire agreement regarding the Software <br /> Subscription Program and may be emended only in a writing signed by both <br /> parties, except that Motorola may modify this Agreement without joint consent <br /> as necessary to comply with applicable laws, roles, and regulations. <br /> G.
