MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETiNG <br /> <br /> October 28, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-308 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 29, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Mills Act Contract (Historic Property Preservation Agreement) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 28, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Pierce, Howard, Hartnett, and <br />Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Vice Mayor Ira and Council Member Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Pieme By resolution approve the proposed Mills Act contract <br />amendments, as outlined in the property owners proposal dated August 14th, <br />2002 (to be incorporated as Exhibit "C" of the subject agreement) which was <br />recommended for approval by the Planning Commission and Historic Resources <br />Advisory Committee (HRAC). <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
