<br />CTtJC : d j c 2 / 21 / 8 6 <br /> <br />arrangement, if such means is found appropriate by the Finance <br /> <br /> <br />Director; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby authorize the substitution of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of San Francisco's bidding procedures for those required <br /> <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood City, and does hereby designate the City <br /> <br /> <br />of San Francisco as the City's agent, for the purpose of <br /> <br /> <br />purchasing, through the outstanding San Francisco purchase order <br /> <br />therefor, a 100 ft. aerial ladder truck from Steeldraulic <br /> <br /> <br />Products, Inc. <br /> <br />2. This Council does further authorize the City Manager to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into an agreement for the purchase of the aforesaid <br /> <br /> <br />equipment from Steeldraulic Products, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />3. This Council does further direct the Finance Director <br /> <br /> <br />to arrange for lease purchase or other similar financing for the <br /> <br />purchase of said equipment, as he deems appropriate, and does <br /> <br />hereby authorize the City Manager to execute any and all <br /> <br /> <br />documents necessary therefor. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
