<br />SWC:sh 2/21/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0 144 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 2 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF <br />SYSTEMS ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND RECORDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a modern records <br /> <br />program for the Department of Human Resources, and a vital <br /> <br />records protection program for the office of the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Records Systems Associates, Inc. has advised City <br /> <br />that it is experienced in records management; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to engage Records Systems <br /> <br />Associates, Inc. to provide a records management system and vital <br /> <br />records protection program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Records Systems Associates, Inc. entitled, "Agreement" <br /> <br />(form dated 2/21/86) a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10144 <br />
