Rohrbach and Sharon Boumis have fully complied with all <br />necessary requirements of Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City and has the ability to comply with the operating <br />requirements of said Chapter, hereby grants a Certificate of <br />Public Convenience to the aforesaid Ken M. Rohrbach and Sharon <br />Boumis dba Bay Area Cab Leasing Company - Checker Yellow Cab Co. <br />of Redwood City. <br />3.
