<br />DAS:sh 1/31/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 13 3 <br /> <br />FE B 3 '/986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) WHEEL <br />LOADER; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10111, adopted January <br /> <br />6, 1986, the City Clerk called for bids for the purchase of one <br /> <br />(1) wheel loader; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />purchase of said equipment and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CIF Machinery Corp., Hayward, California, is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to award said bid to CIF Machinery Corp.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of CIF Machinery Corp., in the sum of Thirty <br /> <br />Nine <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />One <br /> <br />Hundred <br /> <br />Fifty-six <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />93/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($39,156.93), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated <br /> <br />January 23, 1986, for the sale of one (1) wheel loader is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest bidder for said equipment. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all documents on behalf of the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the purchase of <br /> <br />said equipment <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />accordance with the <br /> <br />abovementioned bid proposal, a copy of which proposal is <br /> <br />presently on file ln the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />10133 <br />
