10/28/02 <br />-O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. t 4A-L <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ALISON CARTWRIGHT AND <br />JAY SABER (SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST TO MARK WEIR) <br />FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain Amendment No. 2 by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter <br />referred to as "City ") and Alison Cartwright and Jay Saber (collectively, "Owner "), <br />is entered into and effective as of the _day of November, 2002, amending the <br />Agreement dated February 7, 1992 (the "Agreement "), by and between the City <br />and Mark Weir (the "Original Owner") for the preservation of an historic structure <br />located at 423 Beech Street, Redwood City, California (the "Structure "), a copy of <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment <br />No. 2, and to attest thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City.
