10/28/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14472 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND <br />RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED <br />IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATIONS, AND <br />RESCINDING PARAGRAPHS 1 AND 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />13877 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby established for positions <br />included in the Executive Management classifications of the City of Redwood <br />City as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, and the hourly and bi- weekly equivalent rates for such <br />positions as set forth in said Exhibit are likewise hereby established, in ranges, <br />effective from and after July 2, 2002. <br />2. Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in the employment <br />classifications designated in Exhibit A hereof shall be compensated on an hourly <br />basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the <br />respective positions of employment. <br />3. Resolution No. 14398 entitled, "Resolution Establishing and Adopting <br />Salary and Related Compensation Plans for Positions of Employment with the <br />City of Redwood City Included in the Executive Management Classification, and <br />Rescinding Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 13877', adopted October 22, <br />2001, is hereby rescinded. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1336 1 <br />102102 <br />
