0 R I G I N A L 8/31/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13450 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE REDWOOD SHORES <br /> DOG PARK PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br /> SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13392, adopted July 27, 1998, <br /> <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Redwood Shores Dog Park Project, <br />Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, three bids were received for <br /> <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pores Landscape Co. of Redwood City, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to Pores Landscape Co.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Poms Landscape Co. in the amount of Sixty-two Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Thirty and 16/100 Dollars ($62,730.16), computed in <br />accordance with bidder's proposal dated August 12, 1998 for the Redwood <br />Shores Dog Park Project, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found <br />and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2.
