<br />Statewide One-Stop Rebate Program <br />Agency Participation Agreement <br />Page 6 of 7 <br /> <br />4.9 Inspect and record meter reads and controller settings on a bi-monthly basis for <br />24 months after instaLLation. [Note: This applies only to CTCC rebates in which <br />the maintenance/chemical vendor does not agree to 24 months of meter reads <br />and thereby opts to receive a lesser valued rebate. Such action will reduce the <br />Agency's rebate cost by $300.] <br /> <br />4.9.1 Report the meter reads and controller settings information to the <br />Council's Program project manager using the postcards provided by the <br />Council.
