<br />C::WC:djc <br />WC:djc <br /> <br />1/8/86 <br />1/9/86R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10116 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 1 3 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS SUPPORT SERVICES (G.T. <br />ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert workers' <br /> <br />compensation claims support services in connection with the <br /> <br />City's Workers' Compensation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement for the providing of the furnishing of such expert <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve and authorize execution of said agreement; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Service Agreement", by and <br /> <br />between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood Ci ty and G. T. <br /> <br />Associates, <br /> <br />Incorporated, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10116 <br />
