<br />DES:djc 1/10/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10115 <br /> <br />Oi1IGI NAl <br />JAN 1 3 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THIRD <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT AMENDING AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br />CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES - SEAPORT CENTRE, UNIT 1 <br />SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") and Tri-State <br /> <br />Engineering Company ("Consultant") entered into an agreement <br /> <br />dated September 20, <br /> <br />1984 <br /> <br />(the "Basic Agreement") <br /> <br />and two <br /> <br />amendatory agreements to the Basic Agreement dated June 28, 1985 <br /> <br />(the "First Supplemental Agreement") and November 12, 1985 (the <br /> <br />"Second Supplemental Agreement"), respectively, pursuant to which <br /> <br />Consultant has performed professional engineering consulting <br /> <br />services including construction inspection services related to <br /> <br />the construction of public works and site improvements for the <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Unit 1 Subdivision Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires additional such services in view <br /> <br />of the extended construction period of the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council a Third Supplemental Agreement to the Basic Agreement <br /> <br />providing for such additional services, and this Council desires <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Third <br /> <br />Supplemental <br /> <br />Agreement Amending Agreement for Public Works Construction <br /> <br />10115 <br />
