<br />DES:sh 12/26/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10110 <br /> <br />ORIG!Nl\l <br />JAN 6 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AND TEJIMA-ATKINSON, INC., RELATING TO GEOTECHNICAL <br />SERVICES FOR THE SEAPORT BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION AND <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Tejima-Atkinson, Inc., <br /> <br />consul ting engineers and geologists, entered into an agreement <br /> <br />dated April 22, 1985 (the "Basic Agreement") pursuant to which <br /> <br />said consultants performed and are performing professional <br /> <br />consul ting services pertaining to the City's Seaport Boulevard <br /> <br />Reconstruction and Assessment District Project (the "Project"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires additional consulting services <br /> <br />for the Project beyond those described in the scope of services <br /> <br />in the Basic Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council a supplemental agreement to the Basic Agreement providing <br /> <br />for such additional services and related terms and conditions, <br /> <br />and this Council desires to approve and authorize execution of <br /> <br />said supplemental agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Supplemental Agreement - <br /> <br />Geotechnical <br /> <br />Study <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction and <br /> <br />Assessment District Project" (form dated 12/26/85) by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California and Tejima-Atkinson, Inc., consulting engineers and <br /> <br />10110 <br /> <br />,., <br />I <br /> <br />~ , <br />
