<br />73-231B <br /> <br />WMAP'PDA:rb 12/13/85 17c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />10106 <br /> <br />OiilGI NAL <br />DEe 1 9 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE OF CERTAIN <br />ASSESSMENTS AS REQUESTED BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS <br />AND ORDERING REDUCTION OF CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of certain properties designated as <br /> <br />Assessment Parcel Numbers 8 through 26, inclusive, in proceedings being <br /> <br />conducted by said City pursuant to its Resolution of Intention No. 9795, <br /> <br />adopted by this Council on February 4, 1985, have signed and filed with <br /> <br />said City their Petition and Consent for an increase in their assessment <br /> <br />to more equitably reflect the distribution of benefits in said <br /> <br />proceedings; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the remaining assessments in said <br /> <br />proceedings are to be reduced; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, said Council does hereby FIND, DETERMINE and <br /> <br />ORDER, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the assessments levied upon said Assessment Parcel <br /> <br />Numbers I through 26, inclusive, be, and they are hereby, ordered <br /> <br />increased and decreased all as more particularly set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference incorporated herein to more <br /> <br />equitably reflect the distribution of benefits in said proceedings, due <br /> <br />to the receipt of a written request from the property owners affected <br /> <br />thereby requesting that said assessments be increased and decreased. <br /> <br />106 <br />
