8/31/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> (07/20/98) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13435 <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of <br /> Agreement With Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention is a private, non-profit organization <br />that provides programs which serves the needs of youth and families in high-risk situations., which <br />services are in furtherance of the public health, welfare and benefit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention, has requested financial assistance <br />for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June <br />30, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has raviewed said request and desires to enter into an <br />agreement with Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis intervention to provide financial assistance in <br /> <br />furtherance of its public purposes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 7/20/98), by and between the City of Redwood City and Youth <br />and Family Assistance-Crisis intervention a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />city. <br /> <br /> <br />
