0 R I G I N A L 8/31/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13421 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR <br /> USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />(Herkner Swim Pool)" (form dated 08/20/98), pursuant to which the Peninsula <br />Covenant Church of 3550 Farm Hill Boulevard, Redwood City, CA 94062, <br />subject to certain terms and conditions, is hereby granted permission to use the <br />Herkner Swim Pool at that certain City-owned real property, commonly known as <br />1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit "A," <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-485 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Coundl <br />FXS:fs <br />08/20/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
